Sketchbook Club by Three Birds Creative

Thursdays 5:30pm – 7 pm | Three Birds Studio, Karratha

💫 A creative ritual for your Thursday nights — slow down, make a mess, fill your pages, and find your flow.

Bring your sketchbook, sip some tea, and explore a new prompt each week — from “Drift” to “Bloom” to “Purple.” There’s no teaching or pressure, just time and space to create, connect, and let your imagination wander.

Each week we’ll have a curated selection of supplies ready for you to explore, pencils, inks, watercolours, textures and tones inspired by the prompt. You might paint, collage, write, or experiment; it’s all about the process, not the product.

When you join, you’ll receive a Sketchbook Club Welcome Pack, a gift of creative joy to start your journey.
Inside you’ll find:

  • a watercolour-grade sketchbook for drawing, painting, or journaling

  • a mechanical pencil

  • a roll of washi tape

  • a few assorted art supplies to get you stared

  • and your first prompt card + welcome note from Jess

Membership Includes:

  • Weekly access to Thursday Sketchbook Club sessions

  • Use of rotating art supplies and materials each week

  • Your Sketchbook Starter Pack on joining

  • Tea, coffee & community vibes

  • Ongoing subscription with no lock-in

  • Effective Date: These terms and conditions apply from the commencement of your membership.

    Thank you for choosing Sketchbook Club Membership at Three Birds Creative. By purchasing this membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • 1.1 Subscription & Billing

    • Membership is purchased online viawww.threebirdscreative.au and will be billed weekly at the rate of:

      • $25 per week for individuals (ages 12+)

    • Payment is processed automatically via the payment method provided at checkout.

    • Membership allows access to the studio during the specified session times.

    1.2 Failed or Unsuccessful Payments

    • If a payment is unsuccessful, a $5.00 penalty fee will be applied.

    • The system will automatically attempt to process the payment again within 3 business days.

    • If payment continues to fail after multiple attempts, access to the membership will be temporarily suspended until the balance is settled.

    2. Membership Cancellation & Transfers

    • Members may cancel at any time by emailing info@threebirdscreative.au with a 30-day notice period.

    • Membership access will remain active during the 30-day period, and the member will be billed as usual during this time.

    • No partial refunds or pro-rata adjustments will be made for unused sessions.

    • Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared with or transferred to another person.

  • 3.1 Studio Session Times

    Members can attend Sketchbook Club on Thursday’s | 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM

    3.2 Supervision & Age Requirements

    • Individual memberships are available for ages 12 and over.

    • This membership provides access to a creative space but is not a structured art class.

    • Members have access to all provided art supplies, including but not limited to watercolour, acrylic, oil pastels, and charcoal.

    • Complimentary tea, coffee, juice, and biscuits are provided.

    • Three Birds Creative handles all set-up and clean-up for members.
